MISSION
The New South, a mantra from reconstruction has been repurposed. Once a beacon for oppression, "The New South" now holds a new meaning — unity, representation, and the ever-evolving landscape of the South betwixt the culture and history intersect our food as a reminder of our past, a commitment to our future.
