In her @chef_works apron @chefcharmain presented a dish at @atlpeachfest that stopped people mid‑stride — a peach upside‑down cake built on her signature brown sugar cake, soaked in brown butter, brightened with lemon, rounded with vanilla, and crowned with Pearson Farm peaches and a cardamom crumble that made the whole dish hum.

It’s the kind of dessert that tells you exactly who made it: intentional, Southern, and unafraid to flex technique. A sweet finish with real backbone that Peach Fest wouldn’t have been complete without.
